Editorial Policy

The editorial policy of bracketseason defines what it will and will not publish. This site covers tournament brackets and the rosters playing in them across the Asian market. It will not publish betting content, invented quotes, or any health, legal or financial advice presented as instruction. It will not feature reporting on a person’s private life. All content is confined to the established sections: Titles, Leagues & regions, Teams, Competition, The scene, News, Players, Where to watch, Patches & meta, and Organisers & publishers.

Bracketseason separates reporting from reference material. Reference pages, such as those for a League, Team, or Player, contain verified, stable facts like official names, histories, and competitive results. Reporting in the News section covers current events, announcements, and match outcomes. All reporting is clearly distinguished from the permanent reference library.

When a claim cannot be independently verified by bracketseason, it will not be presented as fact. Such information may be attributed to its source with appropriate context, or it may be omitted entirely. The site prioritises accuracy over speed.

All images are chosen for their factual relevance. A real photograph will always carry its credit where one exists. Bracketseason will never use a software-generated picture of a real person’s face. Graphics and logos are used only where they are officially representative.

Readers with corrections, suggestions, or concerns about editorial content are invited to write to the editorial team via the contact address provided on the site. All correspondence is reviewed.
