EA SPORTS FC Mobile on Campus

EA SPORTS FC™ Mobile will be central to Season 4. Students can engage through campus activations, esports competitions, creator collaborations, and community-focused initiatives. College Rivals’ network of student ambassadors will support these events, ensuring a vibrant on-campus presence.

The partnership also signals a shift beyond pure competitive play. Ashutosh Sharma, Head of Publishing for India and SEA at EA SPORTS, highlighted the potential to reach India’s young gaming audience and to build stronger connections with the next generation of players.

Major Events and Campaigns

One of the season’s flagship physical events will be GamingCon Bharat, a large gathering that will run alongside a broader programme of digital activities and campus engagements nationwide. The collaboration will also explore campaigns around key gaming and entertainment moments, including potential activities tied to the expected arrival of EA SPORTS FC 27.

Charlie Baillie, CEO of Ampverse Group, said the partnership supports College Rivals’ goal of developing communities around gaming and entertainment. He added that the collaboration is intended to extend beyond competitive play, with experiences designed to strengthen the relationship between students, gaming and broader youth culture.

A New Chapter for Collegiate Gaming

The partnership is expected to give students more accessible opportunities to play and compete while highlighting the creativity and enthusiasm of India’s young gaming community. By adding EA SPORTS FC Mobile to its roster, College Rivals will give football gaming a stronger presence within its expanding ecosystem, demonstrating how gaming and sport are increasingly becoming interconnected forms of entertainment for India’s younger audiences.

As Season 4 gets underway, the EA SPORTS partnership is poised to give college students more ways to experience football through gaming, from competitive matches and campus events to creator-driven and community-led activities.
