The Esports Radar has confirmed the agenda and attendee roster for Esports Leaders Paris 2026, scheduled for Friday, Aug. 21 at the 5-star Hôtel du Collectionneur in central Paris. The event coincides with the final weekend of the Esports World Cup, drawing more than 90 senior executives and decision-makers from the global esports and gaming ecosystem.

## Who’s in the room

The confirmed guest list reads like a roll-call of the industry’s biggest names. Representatives from Team Liquid, ESL FACEIT Group, G2 Esports, HLTV, Havas Play, NiP Group, Embark Studios, Polymarket, IMG, ESIC and BetBoom are all slated to attend. Demand for seats has prompted an expansion of the venue’s capacity.

Supporting partners for the conference include Runestone (Supporting Partner), ALHI - Associated Luxury Hotels International (Hospitality Partner), Get In (Social Media Partner) and Arabhardware (Media Partner).

## Event schedule

The day is built around eight roundtable sessions, two main-stage presentations and a premium networking brunch. The opening keynote will be delivered by Stuart Saw, CEO of RTS, who will discuss the legacy of EVO, the long-running fighting-game tournament and festival. A data-focused panel follows, featuring speakers from SURGE Europe, Gaijin Entertainment and Runestone, who will debate how data is reshaping esports ecosystems.

Roundtable leads are drawn from the Esports Awards, Adamas Esports, ALHI, SAGES, NiP Group, Get In, Playmakers and the Côte d’Ivoire Esports Federation.

## Evening activity

At 5:00 pm, the Padel Gaming Club makes its Paris debut at Padel15, extending its presence from previous stops in London and Austin. Attendees of the main event must purchase a separate ticket to join the Padel session, with registration available via the same Luma link.

Sam Cooke, CEO and Co-Founder of The Insights Group, praised the format, saying, “It’s set to be another great edition of Esports Leaders this time in Paris, with our go-to format of conversation-focused roundtables in a beautiful setting with great food and drinks laid on. It’s really good to be working with the Esports Awards team again too ahead of their huge Miami show at the end of the year.”

## Why Paris, why now

Holding the conference alongside the Esports World Cup’s final weekend leverages the presence of the industry’s top brands, teams and executives already in the city, creating a focused B2B gathering that maximizes attendance. The Hôtel du Collectionneur sits steps from the Arc de Triomphe and the Champs-Élysées, offering a high-end environment that aligns with previous Esports Leaders venues such as the Nobu Hotel London Portman Square and locations in Austin, Cologne and Lisbon.

The event’s timing also positions it ahead of the Esports Awards’ Miami ceremony, slated for later in the year.
