The Free Fire MAX India Cup 2026 Fall Knockout Stage begins on August 28. Eighteen teams will compete until September 13 for twelve spots in the Grand Finals, according to a report from TalkEsport.

Week 1 Groups and Format

The opening week runs from August 28 to August 30. All eighteen teams are split into three groups of six for a round-robin format.

Each team will play a total of twelve matches across the three days, with six matches played daily for a total of eighteen matches. Week 2 Qualification Battles

Week 2 is where direct qualification for the Grand Finals begins. The format is sequential, with higher pools entering the fray earlier.

The remaining ten teams advance to Day 2 on September 5, where they are joined by the two teams from Pool B. From this new twelve-team lobby, the top two teams again qualify.

The ten remaining teams from Day 2 then move to September 6, where they are joined by the two Pool C teams. The top two teams from this final Day 3 lobby claim two more Grand Finals spots. By the end of Week 2, six teams will have directly qualified.

Week 3 Final Chance

The final qualification week runs from September 11 to September 13. The ten teams left from Week 2 will be joined by the two teams from Pool D, forming a final twelve-team lobby.

These squads will compete across eighteen matches over the three days. Only the top six teams from this week will advance, completing the twelve-team lineup for the FFMIC 2026 Fall Grand Finals. All other teams are eliminated.

The system rewards strong early performance. Pool A teams get the first chance to qualify on September 4. Teams in Pools B and C enter later in Week 2.
