Evo Brazil 2027 Announces Ticket Sales and Game Lineup
Evo Brazil 2027 will run from 26 to 28 March 2027 at Expo Center Norte in São Paulo with eight titles and a guaranteed R$1m prize pool.

Evo Brazil 2027 has opened ticket sales and confirmed its eight-game fighting game lineup for the March event in São Paulo. The tournament will run from March 26 to 28 at the Expo Center Norte, featuring a guaranteed total prize pool of R$1,000,000 spread across its open-bracket competitions.
Eight games make up the main lineup, listed in alphabetical order. Any registered player can enter the open brackets for these titles. The confirmed games are Avatar Legends: The Fighting Game, Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves, Guilty Gear -Strive-, The King of Fighters XV, Marvel Tokon: Fighting Souls, Mortal Kombat 1, Street Fighter 6, and Tekken 8.
Prize purse and competition details
A minimum of R$1 million in prize money is guaranteed for the event. Organizers have not yet published how this sum will be split between the eight individual game competitions.
Anyone who wants to compete needs both an event pass and a separate tournament entry. That entry costs R$50 per game. A player entering both Street Fighter 6 and Tekken 8, for example, would pay R$100 in entry fees on top of their spectator ticket. Registration for the tournaments is open now through the official Evo Brazil website.
Ticketing structure and pricing tiers
Sales opened on October 27. The pricing operates in batches, with costs rising as the event approaches. The early batch runs until December 28.
| Ticket Type | Early Batch Price (until Dec 28) | Regular Batch Price (Dec 29 - Feb 12) | Final Batch Price (Feb 13 - Mar 5) |
|---|---|---|---|
| Single Day | R$240 | R$290 | R$340 |
| Three Days | R$650 | R$780 | R$920 |
Half-price and charity ticket tiers are also offered. The festival program will include an Evo Museum, an Artist Alley, cosplay activities, an arcade area, and space for community-run side tournaments. Evo has not yet shared a full schedule or stream details.
Technical glitch and correction
Ticket sales were briefly paused hours after the initial announcement. An internal technical error had incorrectly displayed prices on the site. Sales resumed later that same evening. Buyers who purchased tickets before the correction will receive a partial refund covering the price difference.
Brand expansion and regional context
Evo Brazil is one of several new stops planned under owner RTS. The brand is expanding globally, with events also scheduled for China, Mexico, Morocco, Saudi Arabia, and Singapore. This builds on established Evo events in the US, Japan, and France.
The Latin American rollout is headed by Rafael Queiroz, Evo’s Head of LATAM and the former General Manager of Team Liquid Brazil. Commercial backing for the debut comes from global partners Visa and PlayStation Tournaments. Visa signed a deal with Evo earlier this year that runs through early 2028.
São Paulo has hosted Evo-affiliated events before, staging the Versus: Evo South America tournaments in both 2008 and 2009. Evo General Manager Rick Thiher pointed to that history, stating that bringing Evo to São Paulo honors that legacy and highlights the passion of Brazilian players and fans. The March date places Evo Brazil early in a busy 2027 competitive calendar as publishers and organizers rework their circuits. Evo itself wrote on social media that a new chapter of the Brazilian fighting game community begins now.
