Valorant's Hush Brings Telekinetic Control to the Duelist Role
Riot Games has revealed the full ability kit for Hush, Valorant's new Chinese Duelist agent. Her telekinesis-based passive and crowd-control-focused kit are expected to release in the coming weeks to two months.

Riot Games has officially unveiled Hush, Valorant's new telekinetic Duelist agent from Guangdong, China. Her unique kit, centered on crowd control and movement, is set to join the game's roster in the next few weeks, though an exact release date remains unconfirmed.
Hush's defining trait is her passive ability, Telekinesis. This allows her to interact with weapons, the Spike, and switches from an increased range, establishing a unique utility profile for a Duelist. She is only the second agent in the game, after Jett, to feature a passive ability. Riot Games stated: "Telekinesis allows Hush to interact with weapons, the Spike, and switches from an increased range."
Agent identity and background
Hush hails from China and presents a mysterious, supernatural aesthetic. Her design features long white hair with pink and purple undertones, glowing pink eyes, and a black outfit surrounded by floating geometric shards of pink energy. She was first teased during the Patch 13.06 developer update, seen standing in an alley, and later hinted at through the Anomalous playercard in the Season 2026 Act 6 Battle Pass. Her cinematic reveal preceded the VCT Champions 2026 grand final between LOUD and Team Vitality.
Ability suite and crowd control
Hush's active abilities provide a mix of disruption and displacement. Her Flashbulb (Q) can be equipped and thrown, or prepped and then redirected towards her crosshair before exploding to flash nearby players. Her Displacement (E) ability can be thrown or prepped and then reactivated to pull players to its center; if pulled into a surface or another player, they are concussed. This ability refreshes every two kills. Her ultimate, Suspension (X), is a steerable projectile that, upon detonation, levitates all players caught in its effect.
Rumored mechanics and design philosophy
Beyond the officially confirmed kit, widespread rumors suggest deeper, unconfirmed mechanics tied to a dual-identity design philosophy. These rumors indicate a central mechanic called Double Life, involving switching between versions associated with Alpha Earth and Omega Earth. This system is rumored to enable alternate abilities, including a dash called Charged Roll that lets her pass through compatible walls, and Secondary Projection, which allows her to copy a living teammate's signature ability or obtain an imprint from an eliminated ally. Furthermore, accounts differ on her ultimate potential, with rumors pointing to two identity-linked options: Ground Rules, which could disrupt enemy positioning, and Star Burst, which could expose airborne opponents.
Other rumored abilities include a movement tool called Flow, which creates an anchor for Hush to propel herself toward, and a vision-disruption grenade named Range Trigger that releases a mist causing nearsightedness. Hush's detailed ability information remains unofficial, and her complete gameplay details are still to be announced by Riot Games. Players now await the official confirmation of Hush's complete kit and her final release timeline.
