Krafton Opens BGMI Air Closed Beta Audition Registration
Krafton has launched a free, in-person audition for the BGMI Air closed beta, requiring a video submission and strict eligibility.
Krafton opened registration for the BGMI Air closed beta through an audition form on October 27, 2026. Applications close at 11:59 PM on November 9, 2026. This is a free, in-person playtest event, not a downloadable beta. Selected players will get an early look at the game in Mumbai, Delhi, or Kolkata.
Eligibility Requirements
Applicants must be 18 or older on the day they apply. They must already play BGMI and provide their Account ID and in-game name. A valid government-issued ID, with a name that matches the form exactly, is mandatory.
The audition form requires extensive personal information. This includes full name, date of birth, mobile number, and email. Applicants must also list their phone brand and its RAM capacity. Krafton stated it "will never ask you for money, OTP or bank details."
Travel and Stay Requirements
Selected participants must cover all their own travel and accommodation costs to attend a session. The event will be held in one of three metro cities: Delhi, Mumbai, or Kolkata. Applicants must disclose their intended city of attendance and their mode of travel on the form. They cannot change their chosen city after submission.
Video Submission and Confidentiality
A key part of the application is a short video. Applicants must create a 15- to 60-second clip featuring their face and voice, answering why they deserve early access. The video cannot contain copyrighted music, other game brands, leaks, or AI-generated content.
Posting the video on Instagram and tagging @BGMIAir with #BGMIAir is optional but may earn extra consideration.
Strict secrecy rules apply. Selected players must keep all event details completely confidential until November 24, 2026, at 11:59 PM IST. They may only inform one parent, guardian, or spouse of their travel plans. Public sharing of any game details is prohibited. Breaking this rule risks losing the spot, being barred from future events, or facing legal action.
Selection and Event Details
Only a select few players will be chosen for the closed beta. Those selected will be contacted for ID verification. Upon arrival at the event venue, they must sign a non-disclosure agreement. All feedback provided to Krafton during the playtest will be used freely without payment to the player.
Selected players will be called for ID verification and must sign a venue NDA upon arrival.
